This wood is from South America.  The color and appearance vary greatly from one piece to the next. All these pieces are kiln-dried, and all defects have been removed.  The wood can be bright yellow, yellow with red faint lines, yellowish tan with brown lines or a variation of these. One of the easiest woods to turn and finish.
